Bobby Davidson

Bobby is now the president of HomePro, taking over for Jake Vandergrift in January of 2016. He joined Homepro in early 2010 coming out of the building and construction industry and his wife Brooks have 2 young girls Eliza Jane and Emma Jo and a baby boy named "Bo". Bobby's background in construction and electrical work, as well as being the son of a builder, have made him an expert home inspector. His vast knowledge every aspect of a homes construction and maintenance needs allows him to answer any questions a buyer may have. He has multiple real estate agents in his family and knows the importance good communication. You are sure to have a good, relational and thorough home inspection experience with Bobby!

                    Dennis O'Mara

                    Born and raised in Maryland, Dennis has two grown sons, Brendan and Ryan. When the kids grew up and left home, so did the Boston Whaler. An acoustic guitar now serves as Dennis’ relaxation and “therapy”. He worked many years in Real Estate and construction before joining Home Pro Chesapeake in late 2004. Dennis is keenly aware of the special relationship between Buyers, Sellers and the agents who represent them. He loves to research inspection issues, and impart that knowledge to home Buyers and Sellers.

                    • In ’87-’89, was a partner of an 86 home residential development in Prince George's County
                    • GRI designation from AA County board of Realtors 

                    Chuck Costenbader

                    Born in Washington DC and raised in the Maryland suburbs, Chuck lives with his wife of over 15 years, two grown daughters, a grown son, and two dogs. Chuck enjoys rebuilding classic Chevy cars. His favorite is his fully restored 1957 Chevy Bel-Air. Chuck is also active in a local Boy Scout Troop and has been an adult leader for over ten years. Many years working in the electrical trade and home improvement industry has given Chuck a thorough "hands-on" education on the inner workings of a home’s many systems. When it was time pull all of this work experience and education together, home inspection proved to be a natural fit when he joined Home Pro in early 2017. "Helping home buyers learn about and understand their new home through a quality home inspection is my goal.

                    Don Stoltenberg

                    Don joined HomePro in 1987 and has personally completed over 9,000 Home Inspections. Don lives on a beautiful farm in the passive solar house he designed and built in 1986, along with his wife, kids, dogs, and cats. He has been married to wife Suzanne for 28 years and is the father of a daughter, Heidi and son John. Don tries to use the inspection to "teach you the house". When you accompany Don, you'll have your head filled up with everything you ever wanted to know about your house and more!

                        Jake Vandergrift (Retired)

                        Jake began HomePro Chesapeake in 1986 and did inspections until 2016 when he retired and moved to a house that he renovated in Sunset Beach NC Jake is still active with the business and supports the inspectors. He's personally completed over 10,000 Home Inspections. Jake has lived most of his life and has raised his family in Annapolis. He's a sailor at heart. He is the husband of his lovely wife Paula for 30 years now, the father of daughters Katie and Jill, son Jason and the grand father of Sophie and Abbie. He has 2 dogs, Hoss and Zoe, and a cat, Tally Ho. Jake is passionate about houses. His philosophy is to live and enjoy every day to it's fullest. In his spare time he loves to spend hours near his North Carolina cabin wandering the beach with his family or in and around the waters of the Chesapeake Bay.

                          Jim Georgeson

                          Jim retired in 2013 and now is enjoying life with his family on the Eastern Shore. He says that he won't miss the crawlspaces at all.
